الداخلية تعلن التعامل مع مخالفات وشكايات وإحالة ملفات على الجهات المختصة

أعلنت وزارة الداخلية عن تسجيل مخالفات وشكايات خلال مختلف مراحل الانتخابات التشريعية التي جرت الأربعاء 23 شتنبر، مؤكدة التعامل معها وفق المقتضيات القانونية وإحالة الحالات التي تتضمن شبهة أفعال مخالفة للقانون على الجهات المختصة.

وقال وزير الداخلية عبد الوافي لفتيت، خلال ندوة صحفية عقدها ليلة الأربعاء-الخميس شتنبر الجاري بمقر الوزارة، إن اللجان المركزية والجهوية والإقليمية المكلفة بتتبع العملية الانتخابية تولت ضبط المخالفات المرتبطة بالاستحقاق الانتخابي بشكل فوري، كلما توفرت لديها المعطيات اللازمة، مع تحريك مساطر البحث أو المتابعة القضائية عند الاقتضاء.

وأوضح لفتيت أن المخالفات والشكايات المسجلة خلال فترة الحملة الانتخابية جرى التعامل معها وفقا للقانون، فيما تمت إحالة الحالات التي تتضمن شبهة أفعال مخالفة للقانون على الجهات المختصة، مشيرا إلى أن الحالات المعزولة المسجلة لم يكن من شأنها التأثير على السير العام للحملة الانتخابية أو المساس بسلامة العملية الانتخابية في مجملها.

وتأتي هذه المعطيات في سياق تأكيد وزارة الداخلية على تفعيل آليات التتبع والمراقبة خلال مختلف مراحل الاستحقاق، بهدف رصد المخالفات المرتبطة بالعملية الانتخابية واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بشأنها.

وكانت رئاسة النيابة العامة قد أعلنت، قبل يوم الاقتراع، عن تسجيل 93 شكاية انتخابية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 21 غشت إلى 15 شتنبر 2026، مع اتخاذ قرارات بشأن 92 في المائة منها، فيما شملت بعض الملفات أفعالا مرتبطة بالتأثير على الناخبين ومخالفات في الفضاء الرقمي.
