الداخلية تكشف ملابسات التعدي على سيدة وتهديدها بسبب حضانة طفلتها بالغربية

كشفت الأجهزة الأمنية ملابسات فيديو متداول تعرضت فيه سيدة للضرب والتهديد من قبل طليقها وأسرته بسبب حضانة طفلتها.
تبين وجود خلافات بين السيدة وطليقها صاحب المعلومات الجنائية حول حضانة ابنتهما البالغة من العمر 3 سنوات.
أصدرت المحكمة حكماً يقضي بتسليم الطفلة لوالدتها بعد أن قامت الأخيرة برفع دعوى منازعة حضانة.
أمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية ضبط المشكو في حقه وأقر بالتهم المنسوبة إليه وتمت تسليم الطفلة لوالدتها واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.

نجحت الأجهزة الأمنية بوزارة الداخلية في كشف ملابسات منشور مدعوم بمقطعي فيديو وصورة تم تداوله بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تضررت خلاله القائمة على النشر من عدم تنفيذ الحكم الصادر لصالحها بحضانة نجلتها، وقيام طليقها وأسرته بالتعدي عليها بالضرب وتهديدها بإلحاق الأذى بها لإرغامها على التنازل بالغربية. بالفحص تبين وجود خلافات بين القائمة على النشر، مقيمة بدائرة.
