الداخلية تودع نتائج مراجعة اللوائح الانتخابية وتحدد آجال الطعون قبل استحقاقات شتنبر 2026

أفاد بلاغ صادر عن وزير الداخلية أنه تم يوم الاثنين 22 يونيو الجاري  إيداع الجداول المتضمنة لنتائج مداولات اللجان الإدارية الخاصة بمراجعة اللوائح الانتخابية العامة وذلك في إطار التحضيرات الجارية للانتخابات التشريعية لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب المقرر تنظيمها يوم 23 شتنبر 2026.

وأوضح البلاغ أن اللجان الإدارية التي ترأسها قاضيات وقضاة على مستوى مختلف جماعات ومقاطعات المملكة، عقدت اجتماعاتها خلال الفترة الممتدة من 15 إلى 21 يونيو 2026، حيث باشرت دراسة طلبات التسجيل الجديدة، وطلبات نقل التسجيل، وكذا عمليات التشطيب القانونية، إضافة إلى تصحيح الأخطاء المادية المسجلة.

وأضاف المصدر ذاته أنه تم إيداع هذه الجداول صبيحة يوم الاثنين 22 يونيو 2026 بمقرات السلطات الإدارية المحلية وبمصالح الجماعات والمقاطعات، وذلك بهدف تمكين المواطنات والمواطنين من الاطلاع عليها طيلة الفترة الممتدة من 22 إلى 28 يونيو 2026 خلال أوقات العمل الرسمية.

كما أتاح البلاغ إمكانية الاطلاع على المعطيات الخاصة بالمسجلين عبر الموقع الإلكتروني المخصص للوائح الانتخابية العامة www.listeselectorales.ma، وذلك خلال نفس الفترة.

وفي السياق نفسه أكد وزير الداخلية أنه يحق لكل شخص تم رفض طلب تسجيله أو طلب نقل تسجيله، أو تم شطب اسمه من اللوائح الانتخابية العامة بصفة غير قانونية تقديم طعن أمام المحكمة المختصة، خلال نفس الأجل المحدد للاطلاع على الجداول.

و تجدر الإشارة إلى أن اللجان الإدارية ستتولى حصر اللوائح الانتخابية العامة بصفة نهائية يوم 10 يوليوز 2026 وفق المقتضيات التشريعية الجاري بها العمل.
