الدرك يوقف مطلوباً في 30 قضية بحث

تمكنت عناصر الضابطة القضائية التابعة للدرك الملكي بسيدي بنور من توقيف شخص للاشتباه في قضايا تتعلق بترويج المخدرات، في عملية أمنية وُصفت بـ”النوعية”.

وأفادت مصادر مطلعة هسبريس بأن الموقوف، المسمى “ي.د” والملقب بـ”ولد الزمان”، كان يشكل موضوع حوالي 30 مذكرة بحث وطنية صادرة عن مصالح الدرك الملكي والأمن الوطني، للاشتباه في ارتباطه بعدد من الأنشطة الإجرامية.

ووفق المعطيات المتوفرة، فإن عملية التنقيط الأمني والتحريات المنجزة كشفت عن سجل قضائي يتضمن قضايا مرتبطة بالاتجار غير المشروع في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، إضافة إلى بيع المشروبات الكحولية، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين سنتي 2022 و2026.

وأوردت المصادر سالفة الذكر أن الموقوف وُضع تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية، بأمر من النيابة العامة المختصة، من أجل تعميق البحث والكشف عن باقي الامتدادات المحتملة لهذه الأنشطة الإجرامية وكذا تحديد جميع المتورطين المفترضين في هذه القضية.
