الذكاء الاصطناعي يختبر شبكات الكهرباء الأفريقية.. من يتحمل تكلفة التوسعات؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تواجه شركات الكهرباء في أفريقيا تحديات في تحمل تكاليف البنية التحتية لمراكز بيانات الذكاء الاصطناعي في حال قل استهلاكها الفعلي.
تتطلب المشروعات الكبرى إنشاء محطات توليد وخطوط نقل، مما يضع شركات الكهرباء أمام مخاطر مالية وتكاليف استرداد الأصول.
تتضمن الحلول المقترحة توزيع المخاطر عبر رسوم الربط، والتمويل المشترك بين القطاع الخاص ومؤسسات التنمية، وإبرام عقود طويلة الأجل.
تعتمد استفادة الدول الأفريقية من هذه الاستثمارات على تحديد مسؤولية كل طرف عن تمويل البنية الأساسية وحماية المالية العامة والمستهلكين.
