الرؤية الإلكترونية.. مشروع قانون الأسرة يضع ضوابط رؤية الطفل لحمايته

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يحدد مشروع قانون الأسرة الجديد ضوابط رؤية المحضون ويجيز أن تكون الرؤية إلكترونية بشروط محددة.
  • يُثبت حق الرؤية لغير الحاضن من الأبوين والأجداد والجدات مجتمعين في مكان واحد.
  • تتولى المحكمة تنظيم الزيارة في حال تعذر الاتفاق بين الحاضن وصاحب الحق بما يحقق مصلحة المحضون.
  • تكون الرؤية المباشرة أو الإلكترونية لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث ساعات أسبوعياً في أوقات محددة.

حددت المذكرة الإيضاحية لمشروع قانون الأسرة الجديدة المقدم من الحكومة للبرلمان، بيان من لهم حق رؤية المحضون وأجازت في مواد مشروع القانون أن تكون الرؤية إلكترونية ولكن بشروط.
