الرئيس السيسي يوجه بإنشاء 200 ألف وحدة سكنية للإيجار بالتعاون بين الحكومة وصندوق تحيا مصر

وجه الرئيس السيسي الحكومة وصندوق تحيا مصر بالتعاون لإنشاء 200 ألف وحدة سكنية للإيجار.
تتضمن التوجيهات تقسيم تكلفة الوحدات السكنية بالتساوي بين الجهتين المعنيتين.
شهد الرئيس اتفاقاً مع مجموعة طلعت مصطفى لتطوير وإنشاء أربعة مشروعات كبرى بقيمة 11 تريليون جنيه.
استعرضت الجلسة إنجازات قطاعات النقل، والموانئ، وتطوير البنية التحتية، والقضاء على العشوائيات منذ عام 2014.

شارك الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، اليوم، في جلسة «التنمية الحضرية والعمرانية»، في إطار اليوم الثاني لأعمال منتدى مصر 2026، وذلك بحضور الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء. وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية، بأن الجلسة تناولت جهود التنمية العمرانية التي بذلت في مصر منذ عام 2014 في قطاعات الطرق والموانئ ووسائل المواصلات، بما في ذلك.
