الرقابة المالية تفحص 922 ملفًا وتنفذ 244 مهمة تفتيش على الجهات العاملة بسوق المال خلال 10 أشهر

  • تضمنت مهام التفتيش 76 مهمة مفاجئة دون إخطار مسبق للكشف عن الممارسات المخالفة وحماية المستثمرين.
  • تنسق الهيئة مع جهاز مكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة لتبادل المعلومات وتكوين رؤية متكاملة بشأن المخالفات المالية.
  • تدرس الهيئة مشروعا لتنظيم نشاط المؤثرين الماليين ووضع ضوابط لشركات إدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية لحماية المتعاملين من التضليل.

كشف محمود جبريل، مساعد رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية ، عن تنفيذ الهيئة خطة رقابية مكثفة على الجهات العاملة بسوق رأس المال، أسفرت عن فحص 922 ملفًا وتنفيذ 244 مهمة تفتيش خلال الأشهر العشرة الماضية، من بينها 76 مهمة تفتيش مفاجئة دون إخطار مسبق، في إطار جهود تعزيز نزاهة التعاملات وحماية المستثمرين
