“الرقابة المالية” تنهي أول برنامج تدريبي على “الشورت سيلينج” لشركات السمسرة

أنهت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية أول برنامج تدريبي لتأهيل كوادر شركات السمسرة على الإطار التنظيمي والتشغيلي لآلية الشورت سيلينج.
شارك في البرنامج أكثر من 100 متدرب من 42 شركة سمسرة ومؤسسة مالية لتعريفهم بضوابط تنفيذ الآلية وإدارة الضمانات.
يعد البرنامج خطوة تنفيذية لتعزيز الجاهزية الفنية والتعريف بالمتطلبات التنظيمية لشركات السمسرة الراغبة في الحصول على ترخيص بمزاولة هذه العمليات.
تضمن البرنامج شرحاً تفصيلياً لثلاثة عشر محوراً تشمل نظام الإقراض المركزي، والتزامات الأطراف، والضوابط الفنية والرقابية المتعلقة بالآلية.

نظمت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية برئاسة الدكتور إسلام عزام، البرنامج التدريبي الأول من نوعه لإعداد وتأهيل كوادر شركات السمسرة والمؤسسات المالية على الإطار التنظيمي والتشغيلي الجديد لآلية “الشورت سيلينج” (اقتراض الأوراق المالية بغرض البيع / بيع الأوراق المالية المقترضة) على ضوء قرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة
