الرقابة المالية تُقر زيادة رأسمال “جلاكسو سميثكلاين” للاندماج مع “أمون”

  • أقرت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية تقرير إفصاح شركة جلاكسو سميثكلاين لإصدار أسهم بمناسبة الاندماج مع شركة أمون للأدوية.
  • يبلغ رأس المال المصدر بعد الاندماج 835.97 مليون جنيه بقيمة اسمية 10 جنيهات للسهم الواحد.
  • يتم الاندماج على أساس القيمة الدفترية وفقا للمركز المالي المنتهي في 31 ديسمبر 2023 لكلتا الشركتين.
