«الزراعة» تُخصص رقم واتساب لتلقي شكاوى الفلاحين حول صرف الأسمدة

  • أعلنت وزارة الزراعة عن تخصيص رقم واتساب للتعامل الفوري مع شكاوى واستفسارات المزارعين.
  • يشمل الرقم المخصص شكاوى توافر الأسمدة بالجمعيات التعاونية ومنافذ الشركة المصرية للتنمية الزراعية.
  • يتيح الرقم حل مشكلات صرف الأسمدة المدعمة وكارت الفلاح وبطاقة الحيازة الإلكترونية.
  • يهدف هذا الإجراء إلى تكثيف التواصل المباشر مع المزارعين وتيسير حصولهم على مستلزمات الإنتاج.

أعلنت وزارة الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي، ولأول مرة، عن تخصيص رقم عبر تطبيق «واتساب»، للتعامل الفوري والعاجل مع شكاوى المزارعين واستفساراتهم، وذلك بشأن توافر الأسمدة بالجمعيات التعاونية الزراعية ومنافذ الشركة المصرية للتنمية الزراعية، إلى جانب شكاوى صرف الأسمدة المدعمة، ومشكلات كارت الفلاح وبطاقة الحيازة الإلكترونية. يأتي ذلك في إطار توجيهات علاء فاروق وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي،.
