السجن سنة مع الشغل لشاب بتهمة سرقة مواطن بالإكراه وإجباره على توقيع إيصالات أمانة

قضت محكمة جنايات الجيزة بمعاقبة شاب بالحبس سنة مع الشغل بتهمة سرقة مواطن بالإكراه والاعتداء عليه بالضرب.
أجبر المتهمون المجني عليه على توقيع سندات مديونية وإرسال مبالغ مالية إلى حساب المتهم الثاني.
استولى المتهمون على الهاتف المحمول والمبلغ المالي الخاص بالمجني عليه تحت التهديد واستخدام القوة.
أثبتت التحقيقات قيام متهمة أخرى بمؤازرة المتهم الأول ومساعدته في ارتكاب الجريمة.

قضت محكمة جنايات الجيزة ، بمعاقبة شاب بالحبس سنة مع الشغل، لاتهامه بسرقة مواطن بالإكراه والاعتداء عليه بالضرب وإجباره على توقيع سندات مديونية «إيصالات أمانة»، وألزمته المصاريف الجنائية. وصدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار عصام علي أبو العلا، رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية المستشارين فتحي عبد الحميد الرويني، وشريف فتحي
