السجن مدى الحياة للغنوشي يغذي اتهامات بتسييس العدالة في تونس

أصدرت محكمة تونسية، يوم الثلاثاء، أحكاما بالسجن وصفت بأنها من بين الأشد في تاريخ البلاد، بحق رئيس حركة النهضة راشد الغنوشي وعدد من القيادات السياسية والأمنية السابقة، في قضية تتعلق باتهامات مرتبطة بالإرهاب وتأسيس جهاز أمني سري تابع للحركة.
وقضت المحكمة بالسجن مدى الحياة مع عقوبات إضافية تصل إلى ثلاثين سنة بحق الغنوشي، البالغ من العمر 84 عاما، في حين شملت الأحكام شخصيات بارزة أخرى من الحركة، من بينهم مسؤولون سابقون وضباط متقاعدون. كما صدر حكم بالسجن المؤبد مع إضافة 32 سنة على ضابط متقاعد، فيما حكم على رئيس الحكومة السابق علي العريض بالسجن 42 عاما في ملف منفصل مرتبط بقضايا أمنية.
وتعود القضية إلى اتهامات وجهت للقيادات السياسية بتأسيس جهاز أمني يعمل خارج الأطر الرسمية، بهدف دعم نفوذ الحركة التي قامت بأدوار مهمة في الحياة السياسية التونسية بعد ثورة 2011.

وقد أوقف الغنوشي في عام 2023، وتراكمت بحقه أحكام قضائية في قضايا مختلفة تجاوز مجموعها أربعين عاما.
من جانبها، اعتبرت حركة النهضة أن الأحكام ذات طابع سياسي وتفتقر إلى شروط العدالة، فيما يرى منتقدون أن هذه التطورات تعكس تصاعد التوتر السياسي في تونس وتراجع الحريات العامة خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
