السجن 10 سنوات لناشطة حقوقية بارزة وزوجها في باكستان

  • قضت محكمة باكستانية بسجن المحامية والناشطة الحقوقية إيمان مزاري-هازر وزوجها هادي علي تشاتا لمدة 10 سنوات في قضية خرق أمني.
  • أصدرت المحكمة أحكاماً إضافية بسجنهما لمدة عام وسنتين في قضيتين منفصلتين تتعلقان بعرقلة موظفين حكوميين والاعتداء عليهم.
  • تعود القضية لعام 2024 حين اتهمت السلطات الزوجين بتعريض أمن فريق كريكيت دولي للخطر عبر تنظيم احتجاج وإغلاق طرق.
  • نفت الناشطة وزوجها التهم الموجهة إليهما مؤكدين أنهما محتجزان بسبب نشاطهما في مجال الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان.

قضت محكمة باكستانية لمكافحة الإرهاب، الخميس، بسجن المحامية والناشطة الحقوقية البارزة إيمان مزاري-هازر وزوجها هادي علي تشاتا لمدة 10 سنوات لكل منهما..
