السجن 5 سنوات ومصادرة الممتلكات.. حكم غيابي جديد بحق المخرج الإيراني جعفر بناهي

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أصدرت محكمة الثورة في طهران حكماً غيابياً بحق المخرج الإيراني جعفر بناهي بالسجن لمدة خمس سنوات وشهر واحد.
يتضمن الحكم مصادرة ممتلكات المخرج ومنعه من السفر واستخدام منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لمدة عامين.
لم تُعلن السلطات الإيرانية حتى الآن تفاصيل التهم التي استندت إليها المحكمة في إصدار قرارها.
لم يعلم المخرج بصدور الحكم إلا بمصادفة بعد تجميد حساباته المصرفية خلال الأسبوع الماضي.

أصدرت محكمة الثورة في العاصمة الإيرانية طهران حكمًا غيابيًا بالسجن لمدة خمس سنوات وشهر واحد بحق المخرج الإيراني جعفر بناهي، مع مصادرة ممتلكاته وفرض قيود على سفره ونشاطه عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي
