السعودية تجمع 1.64 مليار ريال من إصدار صكوك محلية لشهر سبتمبر

أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر سبتمبر 2026م ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي، حيث تم تحديد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ قدره 437.3 مليون دولار (1.640 مليار ريال)

وبحسب البيان الصادر من المركز فقد قسمت الإصدارات إلى ست شرائح، بلغ حجم الشريحة الأولى 54.7 مليون دولار (205 ملايين ريال) لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2029.

وبلغت الشريحة الثانية 173.3 مليون دولار (650 مليون ريال) لصكوك تستحق في عام 2031م ، وبلغت الشريحة الثالثة 13.3 مليون دولار (50 مليون ريال) لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2033.

وأوضح المركز أن الشريحة الرابعة بلغت 6.7 مليون دولار (25 مليون ريال) لصكوك تستحق في عام 2036م، وبلغت الشريحة الخامسة 1.3 مليون دولار (5 ملايين ريال) لصكوك تستحق في عام 2039.

وبلغت الشريحة السادسة مليون دولار 188 مليون دولار (705 ملايين ريال) لصكوك تستحق في عام 2041.
