السعودية تعيد هيكلة وإعادة ترتيب استحقاقات بقيمة تتجاوز 34 مليار ريال

أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين في السعودية عن اكتمال عملية شراء مبكر لجزء من استحقاقات وزارة المالية (المُصدر) القائمة في الأعوام 2026، 2027، 2028، 2029، 2030 بقيمة إجمالية تقدر بنحو 17.1 مليار ريال، إضافةً إلى إصدار صكوك جديدة بلغت قيمتها الإجمالية قرابة 17.2 مليار ريال.

وتُعد هذه المبادرة استمرارًا للجهود التي يبذلها المركز تعزيزًا للسوق المحلية، وتفعيلًا لدوره في إدارة التزامات الدين الحكومية والاستحقاقات المستقبلية، ولضمان تكامل جهود المركز المبذولة مع المبادرات الأخرى لتعزيز المالية العامة للدولة على المدى المتوسط والطويل.

نمو أرباح مصرف الراجحي 14% لتتجاوز 7 مليارات ريال بالربع الثاني

وقسّم “المركز” إصدارات الصكوك الجديدة إلى 5 شرائح بلغت قيمتها الإجمالية نحو 17.2 مليار ريال.

وجاءت الشريحة الأولى بقيمة تقدر بنحو 1.45 مليار ريال بأجل استحقاق يحل في عام 2031م، والشريحة الثانية بقيمة تقدر نحو 1.62 مليار ريال بأجل استحقاق يحل في عام 2033م، والشريحة الثالثة بقيمة تقدر نحو 10.55 مليار ريال بأجل استحقاق يحل في عام 2036م، والشريحة الرابعة بقيمة تقدر نحو 1.74 مليار ريال بأجل استحقاق يحل في عام 2039م، فيما جاءت الشريحة الخامسة بقيمة تقدر نحو 1.80 مليار ريال بأجل استحقاق يحل في عام 2041م، وفق وكالة الأنباء السعودية (واس).

يُذكر أن وزارة المالية (المُصدر) و”المركز” قاما بتعيين كل من إتش إس بي سي العربية السعودية، وشركة الأهلي المالية، وشركة الراجحي المالية، وشركة الجزيرة للأسواق المالية، وشركة الإنماء المالية، وذلك بشكل مشترك كمديري إصدار أساسيين لهذه العملية.
