دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)—اعتذر ولي العهد السعودي، الأمير محمد بن سلمان، عن حضور قمة مجموعة السبع التي دعي إليها من قبل الرئيس الفرنسي، إيمانويل ماكرون.
