السودان:الغاء القيد السعري على النقد الأجنبي والسماح للمصارف بشراء حصائل الصادر

الخرطوم 11 أغسطس 2026- أعلن بنك السودان المركزي قرارات جديدة تهدف إلى تعزيز الاستقرار في سوق النقد الأجنبي، ومراجعة الإجراءات التنظيمية السابقة، سمح بموجبها للمصارف بشراء حصائل الصادر وفقًا لأسعارها المعلنة. وتأتي الخطوة في إطار المراجعات المستمرة التي يجريها بنك السودان المركزي لتعزيز الاستقرار في سوق النقد الأجنبي وتنظيم عمليات استخدام موارد النقد الأجنبي. وبحسب منشور صادر عن بنك السودان، حصلت عليه «سودان تربيون» بتوقيع كل من المصطفى الجزولي محمد ومحمد أبو بكر حسن عبد الله، من الإدارة العامة للأسواق المالية – إدارة الاحتياطيات والذهب، “تقرر إلغاء التعميم الصادر في 28 يونيو 2026، والخاص بضرورة الالتزام بتطبيق سعر صرف الضخ الذي يحدده البنك المركزي خلال فترة الضخ عند تنفيذ طلبات الاستيراد”. كما ألغى المنشور شرط التنسيق المسبق مع البنك المركزي قبل استخدام حصائل الصادر في تمويل طلبات استيراد العملاء. وسمح للمصارف التجارية بشراء حصائل الصادر وفقًا لأسعارها المعلنة. وفي أواخر يونيو الماضي، وجه بنك السودان المركزي جميع المصارف بضرورة الالتزام بتطبيق سعر صرف الضخ الذي يحدده البنك المركزي خلال فترة الضخ عند تنفيذ طلبات الاستيراد المصدق عليها لصالح العملاء، وذلك تجنبًا لوجود أكثر من سعر صرف للغرض نفسه. وأضاف البنك، في تعميمه السابق، أنه في حال ورود حصائل صادر أو موارد من النقد الأجنبي مملوكة للمصرف، ورغب المصرف في استخدامها …
