السودان وأذربيجان يوقعان مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون المصرفي

باكو 17 يونيو 2026- وقعت محافِظة بنك السودان المركزي آمنة ميرغني، الأربعاء، مع نظيرها الأذربيجاني طاله كاظموف (Taleh Kazimov) في العاصمة باكو، على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون المصرفي بين البلدين. وقالت وزارة الخارجية السودانية في بيان إن التوقيع تم في إطار جهود بنك السودان المركزي للانفتاح على العالم الخارجي وإعادة الاندماج في النظام المصرفي العالمي. وخلال مراسم التوقيع، أكدت آمنة ميرغني على أهمية العلاقات التاريخية بين السودان وأذربيجان والسعي لتطويرها لخدمة المصالح المشتركة بين البلدين، وفتح آفاق للتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري لخدمة المصالح التجارية والاقتصادية، والاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة في مجالات الصادرات والواردات وتبادل المنافع الاقتصادية. وأشار البيان إلى أن مذكرة التفاهم تشكل إطارًا عامًا لتطوير علاقات المراسلة المصرفية وفتح الفروع والنوافذ المصرفية للمصارف التجارية بالسودان وأذربيجان، بالإضافة إلى التدريب المصرفي وتبادل الخبرات. من جانبه، أكد طاله كاظموف دعم أذربيجان للسودان في كافة المحافل الدولية والإقليمية، مشيرًا إلى أن لقاءه بالمحافظة وتوقيع مذكرة التفاهم بين البنكين يعد خطوة أولى لبناء علاقات أكثر متانة وقوة فائدةً وخدمةً للمصالح التجارية والاقتصادية بين البلدين. وأكد دعوته للمصارف الأذربيجانية للدخول في علاقات مراسلة مع المصارف السودانية لتسوية المدفوعات البينية. كما أمَّنَ على استعدادهم لنقل الخبرات وتبادل التجارب لمنسوبي بنك السودان المركزي والمصارف التجارية السودانية عبر التدريب القصير وبرامج الإلحاق بالبنك المركزي لتقوية برامج التدريب العملي.
