السودان وبيلاروسيا يفعّلان اتفاقية تمويل الصادرات بأكثر من (100) مليون دولار

مينسك، 2 أكتوبر 2026 – وقّع السودان وجمهورية بيلاروسيا، اليوم، الجزء الثاني من اتفاقية تمويل الصادرات بين البلدين، المعروفة بـ«الاتفاقية الأساسية» (The Basic Agreement)، وذلك بمقر بنك التنمية البيلاروسي في العاصمة مينسك. وكان السودان وبيلاروسيا قد وقّعا في مايو الماضي اتفاقية عامة بشأن توفير ائتمانات التصدير لتوريد السلع والخدمات البيلاروسية إلى السودان، في خطوة تهدف إلى فتح المجال أمام الحصول على تمويل من الحكومة البيلاروسية لشراء المنتجات والخدمات البيلاروسية، سواء بطريقة «الشراء بالآجل» أو عبر قروض مخصصة للتصدير. ويُقصد بائتمان التصدير التمويل الذي تمنحه دولة أو بنك تابع لها لدولة أخرى لتمكينها من شراء سلع أو معدات أو خدمات منها، على أن يُسدّد التمويل لاحقاً وفق أقساط متفق عليها. وقالت وزارة المالية السودانية، في بيان صحفي اليوم الجمعة، إن السودان وجمهورية بيلاروسيا وقّعا الجزء الثاني من اتفاقية تمويل الصادرات بين البلدين، وذلك بمقر بنك التنمية البيلاروسي في مينسك. ووقّع عن الجانب السوداني مستشار وزير المالية، محمد نور عبد الدائم، فيما وقّع عن الجانب البيلاروسي الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك التنمية البيلاروسي، سيرجي ستال تشارلوك، بحضور سفير السودان لدى بيلاروسيا عمر الأمين عبد الله، والمدير العام للبنك الزراعي السوداني صلاح محمد عبد الرحيم. وقاد وزير الدولة بوزارة المالية مباحثات مع قيادة البنك البيلاروسي لتفعيل الاتفاقية ودفع ملفات التعاون المصرفي المشترك، وفي مقدمتها تسهيل …
