السودان وروسيا يبحثان تعزيز التعاون وتفعيل اتفاقيات الطاقة والنفط وإعادة الإعمار

موسكو 23 يونيو 2026 – بحث السودان وروسيا تعزيز التعاون السياسي والاقتصادي، وسط تطلع الخرطوم إلى مشاركة موسكو في إعادة الإعمار وتفعيل اتفاقيات الطاقة والنفط. وعقدت، الثلاثاء، مباحثات لجنة التشاور السياسي بين السودان وروسيا في دورتها الحادية عشرة بالعاصمة موسكو، بمشاركة وكيل وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي معاوية عثمان خالد، ونائب وزير الخارجية الروسي جورجي بوريسينكو. وقالت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان، إن “المباحثات تناولت العلاقات الثنائية بين السودان وروسيا، والموقف الحالي للتعاون السياسي والاقتصادي والثقافي”. وأشارت إلى أن وكيل الوزارة معاوية عثمان أعلن مشاركة رئيس مجلس السيادة عبد الفتاح البرهان في القمة الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة التي تعقد في أكتوبر المقبل بموسكو. وتعقد اجتماعات اللجنة السياسية، التي تعد إحدى أبرز آليات التعاون بين البلدين، بالتزامن مع مرور 70 عاماً على إنشاء العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الخرطوم وموسكو. وأطلع معاوية، وفقاً للبيان، الجانب الروسي على تطورات الأوضاع في السودان والانتصارات التي تحققها القوات المسلحة، وجهود الحكومة لإحلال السلام وصولاً إلى مرحلة الانتخابات، كما قدم تنويراً حول مسار الحوار السوداني ـ السوداني. وأبدى وكيل وزارة الخارجية حرص السودان على تطوير العلاقات مع روسيا إلى شراكة استراتيجية قائمة على المصالح المشتركة، وتعزيز الاتصالات السياسية وتنشيط الزيارات الرسمية لكبار مسؤولي البلدين وتبادل المنافع. وعبر عن تطلع السودان إلى مشاركة روسيا بفاعلية كبيرة في عملية إعادة الإعمار، وفقاً …
