الشركات البريطانية تزيد التعيينات بدوام كامل في أغسطس لأول مرة منذ 2022

سجلت الشركات البريطانية زيادة في توظيف العاملين بدوام كامل خلال أغسطس، في إشارة إلى تحسن الثقة في سوق العمل رغم صدمة الطاقة العالمية وارتفاع أسعار الفائدة.

وأظهر مسح لاتحاد التوظيف والتوظيف البريطاني REC أن مؤشر تعيينات الموظفين الدائمين عاد إلى النمو للمرة الأولى الشهر الماضي منذ سبتمبر 2022، مدفوعًا بتحسن تفاؤل الشركات وحصولها على عقود وأعمال جديدة.

وكان أصحاب العمل قد اعتمدوا خلال الأشهر الماضية بصورة أكبر على التوظيف المؤقت للتكيف مع تقلبات الاقتصاد، لكن ارتفاع التعيينات الدائمة والمؤقتة معًا يشير، بحسب KPMG، إلى بداية عودة الثقة.
