الشركة تتلقى خطابَي نوايا للاستثمار وزيادة رأس المال.. وإعادة تشكيل مجلس الإدارة وإطلاق 4 لجان لتعزيز الحوكمة

تلقي شركة ديجيتايز لخطابي نوايا من شركتين سعودية ومصرية للاستثمار في الشركة والمشاركة في خطط الإصلاح وإعادة الهيكلة.
وافق مجلس الإدارة على إعادة تشكيل مجلس الإدارة وتشكيل أربع لجان متخصصة لتعزيز الاستثمار والحوكمة.
وضعت الشركة خطة لاستعادة مستحقاتها لدى العملاء والبالغة 140.962 مليون جنيه وتحسين المركز المالي.
بدأت الشركة اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية لتحصيل المستحقات داخل مصر ورفع دعوى تحكيم ضد مورد أجنبي.

خطة لاستعادة مستحقات تتجاوز 140.9 مليون جنيه وتحسين المركز المالي ودعم القدرات التشغيلية تستعد شركة ديجيتايز للاستثمار والتقنية، المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية تحت رمز (DGTZ.CA)، لمرحلة جديدة من التوسع وإعادة الهيكلة، مدعومة بمفاوضات لاستقطاب استثمارات سعودية ومصرية، تستهدف تعزيز أنشطة الشركة في قطاع البنية
