الصحة: نجاح جراحة دقيقة لطفلة عمرها 12 عاما لتحرير الحبل الشوكي من ورم وعائي ضاغط

نجح الفريق الطبي بمستشفى 6 أكتوبر في إجراء جراحة دقيقة لطفلة عمرها 12 عاما لتحرير الحبل الشوكي من ورم وعائي ضاغط.
تضمنت الجراحة قسطرة شريانية لغلق الشرايين المغذية للورم وإجراء جراحة ميكروسكوبية لاستئصال الصفيحة الفقرية العاشرة وإزالة الجزء الضاغط.
استعادت الطفلة القدرة على المشي والتحكم الكامل في البول وتحسنت قوة رفع القدم اليسرى بعد العملية.
أظهرت أشعة الرنين المغناطيسي إزالة الكتلة الضاغطة وعودة الحبل الشوكي لمساره الطبيعي وغادرت الطفلة المستشفى بحالة مستقرة.

أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان نجاح الفريق الطبي بمستشفى 6 أكتوبر للتأمين الصحي بالدقي في إجراء جراحة دقيقة لطفلة تبلغ من العمر 12 عامًا، لتحرير الحبل الشوكي من ورم وعائي دموي ضاغط، واستعادة قدرتها على المشي والتحكم الكامل في البول، بعد معاناتها من ضعف حركي متزايد بالطرف السفلي الأيسر وسقوط جزئي بالقدم.
