الصفراء وصلت إلى 25 وصدمة تسممية تهدد حياته، منظار دقيق ينقذ حياة مريض بمستشفى النصر بحلوان

نجح الفريق الطبي بمستشفى النصر بحلوان في إنقاذ حياة مريض يعاني من انسداد والتهاب حاد بالقنوات المرارية.
بلغت نسبة الصفراء في دم المريض 25 وأصيب بصدمة تسميمية نتيجة انسداد دعامة بلاستيكية سابقة.
تم إجراء تدخل دقيق باستخدام منظار القنوات المرارية لاستخراج الدعامة القديمة وتركيب دعامة معدنية غير مغطاة.
تحسنت حالة المريض الصحية بشكل ملحوظ بعد التدخل الطبي وأصبح قادراً على مغادرة المستشفى.

أعلنت هيئة التأمين الصحي عن نجاح الفريق الطبي بوحدة مناظير الجهاز الهضمي والقنوات المرارية بمستشفى النصر للتأمين الصحي بحلوان في إنقاذ حياة مريض يبلغ من العمر 55 عامًا، كان يعاني من انسداد والتهاب حاد بالقنوات المرارية، مصحوبًا بارتفاع خطير في نسبة الصفراء بالدم وصلت إلى 25، فضلًا عن إصابته بصدمة تسممية
