  • أحبطت الأجهزة الأمنية بأسيوط محاولة تهريب 30 تمساحًا نيليًا صغيرًا داخل حقيبة بحوزة أحد الركاب بمحطة السكة الحديد.
  • تسببت الظروف البيئية السيئة في نفوق 3 تماسيح من إجمالي المضبوطات قبل عملية الضبط.
  • أحيل المتهم إلى النيابة العامة لمخالفته قوانين البيئة والاتجار غير المشروع في الكائنات المهددة بالانقراض.
  • نُقلت التماسيح الحية إلى محمية الوادي الأسيوطي لتلقي الرعاية الطبية قبل إعادتها إلى موطنها الطبيعي ببحيرة ناصر.
