الصين تراجع إرشادات مكافحة الاحتكار في الأسواق الخارجية للشركات المحلية

قالت شبكة التلفزيون المركزي الصيني إن الجهات التنظيمية للسوق في الصين أصدرت مسودة مراجعة لإرشادات الامتثال لمكافحة الاحتكار في الخارج، وذلك لإخضاعها للاستطلاع العام.

ويأتي القرار بهدف مساعدة الشركات الصينية على رفع مستوى الوعي وتقليل المخاطر القانونية التي تواجهها في الخارج، حسبما أفادت وكالة بلومبرغ للأنباء، اليوم الثلاثاء.

وقالت “بلومبرغ” إن المسودة تتضمن التطورات التنظيمية والتنفيذية الحديثة المتعلقة بمكافحة الاحتكار في الخارج، وتفصّل المتطلبات في ولايات قضائية مختارة تتمتع بنشاط إنفاذي.

كما تعمل المسودة على تعزيز مسارات حماية الحقوق، والحلول القانونية، وخدمات الاستشارات المتعلقة بالامتثال والتوافق مع القوانين.
