الصين تعرقل استحواذ سوفت بنك على قسم الروبوتات التابع لإيه.بي.بي السويسرية

أبلغت الصين مجموعة سوفت بنك برفضها إتمام صفقة الاستحواذ على قسم الروبوتات التابع لشركة إيه.بي.بي السويسرية.
تبلغ قيمة الصفقة المقررة 5.4 مليار دولار وتستهدف ترسيخ مكانة سوفت بنك في مجال تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي.
تعود أسباب عرقلة اللجنة الصينية للصفقة إلى مخاوف من نقل بيانات الروبوتات إلى الخارج لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
تمثل الصين أكبر سوق لشركة إيه.بي.بي في مجال الروبوتات حيث تشكل حوالي 30% من أعمالها في هذا المجال.

رويترز _ نقلت صحيفة “فاينانشال تايمز” الخميس عن عدة مصادر مطلعة القول إن الصين أبلغت مجموعة سوفت بنك بأنها لن تسمح بالمضي قدما في صفقة بقيمة 5.4 مليار دولار للاستحواذ على قسم الروبوتات التابع لمجموعة الهندسة السويسرية (إيه.بي.بي).
