الصين تعفي السودان من ديون بقيمة 50 مليون دولار

بورتسودان 28 يونيو 2026 – وقّعت حكومتا السودان والصين، الأحد، بروتوكولًا لإعفاء جزء من ديون السودان المستحقة لبكين، في خطوة وُصفت بالمهمة لتعزيز علاقات التعاون الاستراتيجي بين البلدين. وتقول الأمم المتحدة إن الحرب أدت إلى تراجع اقتصاد السودان لمدة 30 عامًا، حيث خسر في عام 2023 نحو 6.4 مليار دولار من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وانزلق نحو 7 ملايين شخص إلى براثن الفقر المدقع خلال عام واحد، فيما انخفض متوسط الدخل إلى أدنى مستوياته منذ عام 1992. وقالت وزارة المالية، في بيان، إنه “جرى التوقيع على بروتوكول لإعفاء جزء من ديون الصين على السودان، حيث وافقت بكين على إعفاء أربعة قروض بدون فوائد مستحقة السداد، بإجمالي 344.52 مليون يوان، بما يعادل نحو 50 مليون دولار”. وأشارت إلى أن البروتوكول يدخل حيز النفاذ اعتبارًا من تاريخ التوقيع، على أن يتولى بنك السودان المركزي وبنك الصين للتنمية استكمال الإجراءات المطلوبة لتسوية الحسابات الخاصة بإعفاء الديون. ووقّع عن حكومة السودان وزير المالية جبريل إبراهيم، فيما وقّع عن حكومة الصين القائم بالأعمال المؤقت بالسفارة الصينية لدى الخرطوم شيو جيان. وأشار وزير المالية إلى دعم الصين للسودان في الأوقات العصيبة التي أحجم فيها العالم الغربي عن الاستثمار، لافتًا إلى دور بكين في تطوير قطاع النفط، إلى جانب دعمها للسودان في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية. وتحدث إبراهيم عن …
