الطيب حمضي: تطور العلاج لا يكفي لمواجهة عبء أمراض القلب

أكد الطيب حمضي، الطبيب والباحث في السياسات والنظم الصحية، أن اليوم العالمي للقلب، الذي يخلد في 29 شتنبر من كل سنة، يشكل مناسبة للتذكير بأهمية الوقاية من أمراض القلب والشرايين من خلال رفع الوعي الصحي وتشجيع الكشف المبكر عن عوامل الخطورة.

وأوضح حمضي في تصريح لـ »اليوم 24″ أن أهمية هذه المناسبة تكمن في كون أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية لا تزال من أبرز أسباب الوفيات، مشيرا إلى أن هذه الأمراض تمثل نحو 38 في المائة من مجموع الوفيات في المغرب، وفق تقديرات منظمة الصحة العالمية الواردة في بيانات سنة 2018.

وأضاف أن حماية القلب لا ينبغي أن تبدأ بعد ظهور الأعراض، وإنما قبل ذلك، عبر مراقبة ضغط الدم ومستويات السكر والكوليسترول، إلى جانب تبني نمط حياة صحي والامتناع عن التدخين وممارسة النشاط البدني بانتظام.

وأشار الباحث في السياسات والنظم الصحية إلى أن استمرار العبء المرتبط بأمراض القلب رغم التطور الذي شهده مجال التشخيص والعلاج، يرتبط بانتشار عوامل الخطورة، التي قد تتطور في صمت ولا يتم اكتشافها إلا بعد حدوث مضاعفات خطيرة، مثل الجلطات القلبية أو السكتات الدماغية.

ولفت إلى أن ارتفاع ضغط الدم والسكري والكوليسترول والتدخين والسمنة وقلة الحركة والنظام الغذائي غير المتوازن، فضلا عن تلوث الهواء، تعد من أبرز العوامل التي ترفع خطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية.

وأوضح حمضي أن معطيات المسح الوطني لسنتي 2017 و2018 أظهرت أن 29.3 في المائة من البالغين في المغرب يعانون من ارتفاع ضغط الدم، و10.6 في المائة من السكري، فيما يعاني 53 في المائة من زيادة الوزن، من بينهم 20 في المائة مصابون بالسمنة، مشددا على أن هذه المعطيات مؤرخة ولا تمثل إحصاءات لسنة 2026، لكنها تعكس أهمية الوقاية والتحكم في عوامل الخطورة.

وأكد حمضي أن مواجهة أمراض القلب لا تتطلب الاستثمار في العلاج فقط، بل تستدعي أيضا تعزيز الوقاية والكشف المبكر، وتحويل الوعي الصحي إلى ممارسات يومية تشمل التغذية المتوازنة، والحركة المنتظمة، والامتناع عن التدخين، ومراقبة ضغط الدم والسكري والكوليسترول.
