العراق يحدد علاوات خام البصرة للشحن خارج هرمز

أظهرت وثيقة عطاء اطلعت عليها رويترز، اليوم الثلاثاء، أن العراق حدد الحدود الدنيا للعلاوات السعرية المطلوبة لبيع شحنات من خام البصرة المتوسط المقرر تحميلها خلال سبتمبر/أيلول خارج مضيق هرمز.

وبحسب الوثيقة، طلبت شركة تسويق النفط العراقية (سومو) من المشاركين في العطاء، الذي طُرح الشهر الماضي، تقديم عروض تتضمن علاوة فوق السعر القياسي المتداول في سوق وجهة الشحنة.

وأكد مصدر تجاري صحة هذه المعلومات، وفقاً لـ”رويترز”.

وأوضحت الوثيقة أن سومو تشترط علاوة لا تقل عن 20 سنتاً للبرميل فوق السعر القياسي في سوق الوجهة للشحنات التي سيتم تحميلها خلال الفترة من 1 إلى 10 سبتمبر/أيلول.

أما الشحنات التي يجري تحميلها بين 11 و30 سبتمبر/أيلول، فتسعى الشركة إلى الحصول على علاوة لا تقل عن 3 دولارات للبرميل فوق السعر القياسي في سوق الوجهة.

وكانت وسائل إعلام إيرانية ذكرت الشهر الماضي أن طهران منحت الإذن لعدد من ناقلات النفط العراقية بالعبور عبر مضيق هرمز، وذلك بعد طلبات متكررة من بغداد عبر قنوات مختلفة.
