العراق يستهدف إنتاج 600 مليون قدم مكعبة غاز يوميا من مشروع “أرطاوي”

أعلنت وزارة النفط العراقية إحراز تقدم في تنفيذ مراحل تطوير مشروع أرطاوي المتكامل للغاز شمال قضاء الزبير بمحافظة البصرة (550 كم جنوبي العراق)، بالرغم من التحديات المرتبطة بإمداد وتجهيز المعدات.

وأكد المتحدث باسم الوزارة سليم الركابي،لصحيفة “الصباح” المحلية اليوم الأربعاء، أن المشروع يعد من المشاريع الاستراتيجية المهمة لتعزيز استثمار الثروات الغازية، مشيراً إلى أنه سيسهم في رفع معدلات الإنتاج وتقليل الهدر الناتج عن الحرق، فضلا عن دعم محطات توليد الكهرباء والصناعات المرتبطة بالغاز.

وأوضح الركابي أن الكميات المستهدفة تبلغ 600 مليون قدم مكعب قياسي يوميا، تتحقق على مرحلتين بواقع 300 مليون لكل مرحلة، مضيفاً أن المشروع يتألف من أربع مراحل رئيسية تشمل تطوير الحقل وإنشاء مجمع للغاز ومشروع ماء البحر والطاقة الشمسية، مؤكدا جدواه الاقتصادية العالية بالرغم من تأثر سلاسل الإمداد بغلق مضيق هرمز.
