العلاقات الروسية الصومالية… هل تمهد قمة “روسيا- أفريقيا” لمرحلة جديدة من التعاون الاستراتيجي؟

تتجه العلاقات الروسية الصومالية نحو مرحلة جديدة من التقارب والتعاون الاستراتيجي في مجالات الأمن والتنمية والتعليم والطاقة.
شهدت العلاقات تحسناً ملحوظاً منذ عام 2016 عبر زيارات رسمية، وتعيين سفير روسي، وإبرام اتفاقية لإعفاء الصومال من ديون بقيمة 684 مليون دولار.
تستعد موسكو لاستضافة القمة الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة في أكتوبر 2026 لتعزيز الحوار السياسي وتوسيع التعاون في مجالات التجارة والاستثمار والتكنولوجيا.

تتجه العلاقات الروسية الصومالية نحو مرحلة جديدة من التقارب، في ظل تحولات إقليمية ودولية متسارعة، وتزايد اهتمام موسكو بتعزيز علاقاتها مع دول القرن الأفريقي، التي تتمتع بأهمية استراتيجية متصلة بأمن البحر الأحمر وخليج عدن والمحيط الهندي.
