الفساد في العراق: أحكام بالحبس على نائبة ومسؤول سابقين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أصدرت محكمة جنايات مكافحة الفساد أحكاماً بالحبس الشديد ضد النائبة السابقة عالية نصيف جاسم والمدير العام السابق رائد الجبوري.
بلغت مدة حبس نصيف سنتين، بينما حُكم على الجبوري بالحبس لمدة خمس سنوات بسبب استغلالهما للوظيفة العامة بالوساطة.
أُلزم المتهمان برد مبلغ 10 مليارات دينار نتيجة انتفاعهما من عقود في شركة مصافي الشمال لصالح شركات وأشخاص مرتبطين بهما.
أعلنت هيئة النزاهة سابقاً صدور أحكام قضائية أخرى بحق نصيف تتعلق بالكسب غير المشروع وإخفاء معلومات في استمارة الذمة المالية.
