القانون يحدد ضوابط صيد أسماك الزينة وإنزال ناتج الصيد من المصائد الطبيعية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يمنع القانون رقم 146 لسنة 2021 صيد أسماك الزينة في المياه البحرية إلا بترخيص من الجهة الإدارية المختصة.
يحظر القانون التصرف في الأسماك بالبيع داخل البحيرات والمياه البحرية والداخلية وحيازة أدوات وزن الأسماك على المركب.
يُحظر إنزال ناتج صيد الأسماك من المصائد الطبيعية إلا في المناطق المخصصة وبالطرق المحددة وبعد اتباع الإجراءات الفنية البيطرية.
يهدف القانون إلى النهوض بالثروة السمكية وتعظيم الاستفادة منها من خلال حزمة من الإجراءات والضوابط للحفاظ على هذا المورد الحيوي.

منع القانون رقم 146 لسنة 2021 بإصدار قانون حماية وتنمية البحيرات والثروة السمكية، ممارسة الصيد لأسماك الزينة فى المياه البحرية إلا بترخيص من الجهة الإدارية المختصة وذلك في المادة 25 منه..
