القضاء الفرنسي يفتح تحقيقا في دعوى تتهم الجيش الإسرائيلي بارتكاب جريمة حرب في لبنان

قرر القضاء الفرنسي في باريس فتح تحقيق قضائي ضد الجيش الإسرائيلي بتهمة ارتكاب جريمة حرب باستهداف مبنى سكني في بيروت.
تستند الدعوى التي رفعها فنان فرنسي إلى تهمة الاعتداء المتعمد على ممتلكات مدنية بعد مقتل والديه وتدمير شقتهما.
يعد هذا التحقيق الأول في فرنسا يتعلق بالجرائم التي ارتكبها الجيش الإسرائيلي في لبنان منذ بداية العملية العسكرية في عام 2023.
أدت الغارة التي استهدفت مبنى مكون من 12 طبقة في بيروت إلى مقتل سبعة مدنيين وتدمير ثلاث طبقات من المبنى.

قرر القضاء الفرنسي في باريس فتح تحقيق على إثر دعوى رفعها فنّان فرنسي من أصل لبناني اسمه علي شري، ضد الجيش الإسرائيلي بتهمة ارتكاب جريمة حرب باستهداف مبنى سكنيا في بيروت أواخر 2024، أسفر عن مقتل والديه. ولا يمكن اللجوء إلى القضاء الفرنسي للتحقيق في مقتل والدَي شري اللذين لا يحملان الجنسية الفرنسية، لذلك أفادت محاميته بأنّه رفع دعوى قضائية بتهمة ارتكاب جريمة حرب تتمثّل في “اعتداء متعمّد على ممتلكات مدنية”، وذلك فيما كان يملك الشقة التي قُتل فيها والداه والتي دُمّرت لاحقا.
