“القمم للحاسبات” توقع اتفاقية مع هيئة كفاءة الإنفاق والمشروعات الحكومية

وقعت شركة تقنيات القمم للحاسبات والنظم التجارية اتفاقية إطارية مع هيئة كفاءة الإنفاق والمشروعات الحكومية “إكسبرو” لتقديم رخص وبرامج البنية التحتية والبيانات للجهات الحكومية، لمدة 24 شهراً.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن قيمة الاتفاقية لم تحدد بشكل نهائي، إذ سيتم تحديد قيمة العقود لاحقاً من خلال أوامر الشراء الصادرة بموجب الاتفاقية.

وأشارت إلى أن الاتفاقية تتضمن تقديم رخص وبرامج متعلقة بالبنية التحتية والبيانات للجهات الحكومية، متوقعة أن يكون لها أثر مالي إيجابي عند استلام أوامر الشراء من العميل.

وأكدت الشركة أنها ستعلن عن أوامر الشراء التي تستوجب الإفصاح وفقاً للأنظمة، مع توضيح أثرها المالي والفترات التي ستنعكس عليها.
