القوات المسلحة الملكية تنظم بالرباط تمرينا حول مواجهة الإرهاب الكيميائي

احتضن نادي الضباط بالرباط، بين 14 و16 شتنبر الجاري، تمرينا متخصصا في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب الكيميائي، نظمته القوات المسلحة الملكية بمشاركة عدد من الدول الإفريقية، بهدف تعزيز تبادل الخبرات والخبرات العملية المرتبطة بالتعامل مع التهديدات الكيميائية.

وجرى تنظيم هذا التمرين بإشراف مشترك بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومنظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، بمشاركة خبراء مدنيين وعسكريين من مختلف الدول المشاركة، حيث خصصت أشغال اللقاء لبحث سبل رفع الجاهزية والتنسيق في مواجهة المخاطر الناجمة عن الاستخدام غير المشروع للمواد الكيميائية.

وشمل البرنامج عروضا متخصصة وجلسات للنقاش إلى جانب تمارين تطبيقية ركزت على عدد من الجوانب المرتبطة بالاستجابة للحوادث الكيميائية، من بينها تقييم طبيعة المخاطر والتهديدات، والتعامل مع الحوادث، فضلا عن أساليب إجراء التحقيقات وجمع الأدلة.

كما أتاحت أشغال التمرين للمشاركين فرصة لتبادل التجارب ووجهات النظر بشأن آليات التعاون الدولي في مواجهة الجرائم المرتبطة بالمواد الكيميائية، إلى جانب مناقشة الجوانب القانونية وآليات الملاحقة القضائية في قضايا الإرهاب الكيميائي.
