اللجنة الطبية وصفت له العلاج والشركة فصلته بسبب تحليل المخدرات.. حكاية موظف بقطاع البترول

يطعن موظف بشركة بترول أمام القضاء على قرار فصله بسبب ظهور مواد مخدرة في تحليل مخدراته.
أكد الموظف أن المواد المخدرة ظهرت نتيجة تناول أدوية علاجية تليف الرئة وصفتها له اللجنة الطبية بالشركة.
رفض الموظف إجراءات إخلاء الطرف خشية ضياع مستحقاته المالية في صندوق المعاش التكميلي.
أوضح الموظف أن قرار الفصل أثر على ظروفه المعيشية وأدى إلى انفصاله عن زوجته.

أمام الدائرة الرابعة العمالية بمحكمة شمال القاهرة، يقف موظف يبلغ من العمر 40 عامًا في مواجهة قرار فصله من إحدى شركات وزارة البترول، بعد أن كشفت نتيجة تحليل المخدرات عن وجود مواد مخدرة في عينته، في واقعة تحمل تفاصيل إنسانية وقانونية لافتة، إذ يؤكد الموظف أن هذه المواد جاءت نتيجة تناوله أدوية علاجية وصفتها له اللجنة الطبية بالشركة لعلاج مرض تليف الرئة الذي يقول إنه أصيب به أثناء عمله.
