اللجنة المؤقتة تعلن عن لائحة الناشرين المنتدبين لعضوية المجلس الوطني للصحافة

أعلنت اللجنة المؤقتة المكلفة بممارسة مهام المجلس الوطني للصحافة وتحضير انتخابات ممثلي الصحافيين المهنيين وانتداب ممثلي ناشري الصحف وتنظيمها والإعلان عن نتائجها النهائية، اليوم الأربعاء، عن لائحة الناشرين المنتدبين لعضوية المجلس الوطني للصحافة، وذلك في إطار استكمال مختلف المراحل والإجراءات المتعلقة بتشكيل هذه المؤسسة المهنية.

وأوضحت اللجنة أن الإعلان عن اللائحة جاء بعد دراسة الملفات والوثائق المقدمة بشأن الناشرين المقترح انتدابهم، والتحقق من استيفائهم للشروط القانونية المطلوبة لاكتساب صفة الناشر والانتداب لعضوية المجلس، وفقاً لأحكام القانون رقم 09.26 المتعلق بإعادة تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة، والقانون رقم 88.13 المتعلق بالصحافة والنشر، وكذا القرار التنظيمي الصادر في هذا الشأن.

وأسفرت عملية الفحص والتداول عن التأكد من توفر الأسماء المقترحة على الشروط القانونية اللازمة، ويتعلق الأمر بكل من بهية العمراني، وسعاد المكاوي، ومهدي علابوش، وعزيز الداكي، وإدريس شحتان، والمختار الغزيوي، وخالد الحريري.

وأكدت اللجنة أن هذه الأسماء تشكل اللائحة النهائية للناشرين المنتدبين لعضوية المجلس الوطني للصحافة، بعد استكمال مختلف إجراءات التحقق المنصوص عليها قانونا.
