اللواء رأفت الشرقاوي لـ”اليوم السابع”: حالات حاسمة لإلغاء ترخيص السلاح فورا

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يتم إلغاء ترخيص السلاح فوراً في حال صدور أحكام جنائية أو جنح الاعتداء على النفس والمال أو قضايا المخدرات والسرقة.
يسقط الترخيص تلقائياً في حالات الجرائم الماسة بأمن الدولة، أو القضايا المخلة بالآداب العامة، أو اعتياد السكر في الأماكن العامة.
يُلغى الترخيص في حال إصابة صاحب السلاح بمانع طبي يفقده القدرة على التحكم في السلاح أو صدور أحكام في قضايا شيكات بدون رصيد.
تنتهي مهلة تجديد تراخيص السلاح بنهاية شهر أكتوبر الجاري، مما يتطلب من المواطنين سرعة استكمال الأوراق لتفادي العقوبات القانونية.

مع اقتراب إسدال الستار على مهلة تجديد تراخيص السلاح بنهاية شهر أكتوبر الجاري، يتزايد اهتمام المواطنين الحاصلين على تراخيص سلاح بالضوابط القانونية والحالات الحاسمة التي قد تؤدي إلى سحب الترخيص.
