المؤبد لحفيد ووالدته بتهمة قتل مسن في الشرقية

قضت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمعاقبة حفيد ووالدته بالسجن المؤبد بتهمة قتل مسن يبلغ من العمر 70 عامًا.
وقع الجرم بسبب خلافات نشبت على خلفية ما نُسب للمجني عليه من محاولة إقامة علاقة غير شرعية مع المتهمة.
أعد المتهم الأول عصا خشبية وترصد للمجني عليه أثناء مروره برفقة المتهمة الثانية في طريق زراعي.
أدى اعتداء المتهم الأول على رأس المجني عليه بالضرب باستخدام العصا الخشبية إلى وفاته فورًا.

قضت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية، بمعاقبة حفيد ووالدته بالسجن المؤبد، لاتهامهما بقتل مسن يبلغ من العمر 70 عامًا، بدائرة مركز شرطة أبوكبير، على خلفية خلافات سابقة. صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار وليد مهدي، وعضوية المستشارين حسين عمار، وطارق لطفي، ومصطفى عشيش، وسكرتارية محمد شومان. وتعود أحداث القضية رقم 8341 لسنة 2026 جنايات مركز أبوكبير، والمقيدة.
