“المالية” السورية تصدر قراراً جديدا بشأن تسوية الديون المتعثرة في المصارف العامة

أصدر وزير المالية السوري، محمد يسر برنية، قراراً يقضي بتمديد مهل تسوية الديون والتسهيلات الائتمانية المتعثرة لدى المصارف العامة لمدة شهر إضافي، وذلك استناداً إلى أحكام المرسوم رقم 70 لعام 2026.

وقالت وزارة المالية عبر قناتها على تليغرام اليوم الأربعاء، إن القرار يأتي في إطار الحرص على الاستجابة لطلبات المتعثرين، وإتاحة المزيد من الوقت أمامهم لتسوية أوضاعهم المالية، والاستفادة من التسهيلات والإجراءات المنصوص عليها في المرسوم.

ويهدف التمديد إلى تمكين شريحة أوسع من المقترضين المتعثرين من استكمال إجراءات التسوية، وتسديد الالتزامات المترتبة عليهم، بما يسهم في معالجة ملفات التعثر وتحسين مستويات التحصيل في المصارف العامة، وفقاً للوكالة العربية السورية للأنباء “سانا”.

وفي مارس /آذار الماضي، أصدر الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع المرسوم رقم 70 لعام 2026، بتطبيق أحكام تسوية الديون والتسهيلات الائتمانية المتعثرة في المصارف العامة، ومنح إعفاءات من الفوائد التأخيرية والعقدية والغرامات.
