المالية المصرية تبيع حصصاً في شركات حكومية بـ5.5 مليار جنيه خلال 8 أشهر

نفذت وزارة المالية المصرية خلال الفترة من يناير إلى أغسطس 2026، عمليات بيع حصص من أسهمها في عدد من الشركات المملوكة للدولة، بإجمالي قيمة بلغت نحو 5.5 مليار جنيه، وذلك في إطار برنامج الطروحات وتنفيذ مستهدفات وثيقة سياسة ملكية الدولة، بحسب مؤشر أداء تنفيذ سياسة وثيقة ملكية الدولة.

صندوق النقد: 920 مليون دولار من الطروحات الحكومية ستوجه لخفض احتياجات مصر التمويلية

وشملت عمليات البيع:

– الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات والبضائع بقيمة 1.55 مليار جنيه.

– أبو قير للأسمدة بقيمة 1.63 مليار جنيه.

– مصر لإنتاج الأسمدة “موبكو” بقيمة 1.57 مليار جنيه.

– الإسكندرية للزيوت المعدنية “أموك” بقيمة 338 مليون جنيه.

– فالمور القابضة بقيمة 294.8 مليون جنيه.

– سيدي كرير للبتروكيماويات بقيمة 135.3 مليون جنيه.
