المحكمة العليا الأمريكية ترفض إعادة صلاحية تعليق بعض إجراءات الترحيل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

رفضت المحكمة العليا الأمريكية طلبًا لتعليق القيود المفروضة على قضاة الهجرة في إيقاف بعض قضايا الترحيل مؤقتًا.
يُبقي قرار المحكمة على الاتفاق القضائي مع ولاية تكساس الذي أوقف ممارسة الإغلاق الإداري.
تأتي هذه الخطوة لدعم نهج إدارة دونالد ترامب المتشدد تجاه سياسات الهجرة.
قدمت ثلاث مدن أمريكية ومنظمة قانونية طلباتهم للطعن على اتفاق الإدارة مع ولاية تكساس.

رفضت المحكمة العليا الأمريكية، الثلاثاء، طلبًا عاجلًا لإعادة العمل بقاعدة كانت تسمح لقضاة الهجرة بتعليق بعض قضايا الترحيل مؤقتًا، لتُبقي بذلك على القيود المفروضة على هذه الممارسة…
