المحكمة العليا الأمريكية ترفض محاولة ترامب فصل بطاقات الاقتراع في كاليفورنيا

رفضت المحكمة العليا الأمريكية طلب إدارة ترامب باستبعاد آلاف بطاقات الاقتراع البريدي في كاليفورنيا.
شملت القائمة التي طالبت الإدارة الجمهورية باستبعادها نحو 20 ألف شخص يشتبه في عدم مواطنتهم.
صدر القرار قبل يوم واحد من انتخابات التجديد النصفي التي ستحدد السيطرة على الكونجرس.
أشار مسؤولون في الولاية إلى أن القائمة تحتوي على أخطاء وقد تحرم ناخبين من حقهم.

رفضت المحكمة العليا التدخل في قضية تتعلق بنحو 20 ألف شخص صنفتهم الإدارة الجمهورية على أنهم يرجح ألا يكونوا مواطنين أمريكيين، ضمن سجلات الناخبين في الولاية التي يغلب عليها تأييد الحزب الديمقراطي.
