«المركزي المصري» يلزم البنوك بالموافقة المسبقة قبل أي تعديل علي سياسة صناديق الاستثمار

  • أوجب البنك المركزي المصري البنوك بالحصول على موافقته المسبقة قبل إجراء أي تعديل على سياسة صناديق الاستثمار التابعة لها.
  • جاءت هذه التوجيهات لمتابعة نشاط الصناديق وضمان سلامة واستقرار القطاع المصرفي وتعزيز ثقة المتعاملين.
  • يشمل القرار التعديلات على الأدوات الاستثمارية أو النسب المحددة لكل أداة والتي قد تؤدي لتغيير طبيعة الصندوق.
  • يجب الحصول على موافقة المركزي قبل اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة واعتماد التعديلات من الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية.

طالب البنك المركزي من البنوك العاملة في القطاع المصرفي، بالحصول على موافقة مُسبقة منه قبل إجراء أي تعديل علي سياسة صناديق الاستثمار التابعة لها. وقال المركزي في توجيهات مرسله للبنوك، اليوم الثلاثاء، إنه في إطار متابعة نشاط صناديق الاستثمار التابعة للبنوك، وحرصا على سلامة واستقرار القطاع المصرفي وتعزيز ثقة المتعاملين به، تلاحظ قيام بعض البنوك.
