«المركزي» يفرض ضوابط جديدة على المصارف وشركات التقنية المالية

الخرطوم، 3 يوليو 2026 – ألزم بنك السودان المركزي جميع المصارف والجهات وشركات التقنية المالية الحاصلة على تراخيص منه بعدم الشروع في أي علاقة تعاقدية أو تشغيلية أو فنية، أو تنفيذ أي عمليات  أو تبادل للبيانات، قبل الحصول على موافقته المسبقة. وأثار تدشين المنصة الرقمية الجديدة التابعة لشركة العسجد للحلول الذكية والرقمية حالة من الجدل في الأوساط الاقتصادية والمصرفية، وسط تساؤلات بشأن حداثة تأسيس الشركة وإمكاناتها الفنية والمالية، إلى جانب تداول أنباء عن ارتباطات غير مباشرة بدولة الإمارات.  كما لفت الحضور الرسمي الكبير لحفل التدشين الأنظار، حيث شهده ممثل لعضو مجلس السيادة إبراهيم جابر، إلى جانب ممثلين لبنك السودان المركزي، ورئيس اتحاد المصارف، ومديري بنوك، وخبراء في القطاعين المصرفي والاقتصادي. وقال بنك السودان المركزي، في بيان صحفي اطلعت عليه سودان تربيون، الجمعة، إنه أصدر ضوابط تنظيمية تُلزم جميع المصارف والجهات المرخص لها من شركات التقنية المالية، بما في ذلك مشغلو محولات المعاملات المالية، بعدم الشروع في أي علاقة تعاقدية أو تشغيلية أو فنية، أو تنفيذ أي عمليات ربط أو تبادل للبيانات، قبل الحصول على موافقة البنك المركزي. وأوضح البنك أن جميع الجهات المرخص لها تخضع لمعايير رقابية وفنية صارمة تشمل الحوكمة المؤسسية، والملاءة المالية، وإدارة المخاطر، واستمرارية الأعمال، والأمن السيبراني، وحماية البيانات، إلى جانب الرقابة والإشراف المستمرين طوال فترة الترخيص. …
