المساهم الرئيسي في “ميار القابضة” يتنازل عن 67.6 مليون ريال مديونية على الشركة

تسلمت شركة ميار القابضة خطاباً من المساهم الرئيسي (شركة طايا القابضة المالكة لنسبة 83.14% من أسهم الشركة) بالتنازل -غير المشروط- عن كامل رصيده الدائن لدى شركة ميار القابضة كما في 25 يونيو 2026م والبالغ 67.6 مليون ريال لدعم العمليات التشغيلية والسيولة النقدية لدى الشركة وتعزيز مركزها المالي.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد، أنه من المتوقع أن يكون لهذا التنازل أثر إيجابي على الوضع المالي للشركة، وسيتضح هذا الأثر في القوائم المالية للشركة للنصف الأول للعام 2026.

وكانت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة ميار القابضة في اجتماعها يوم الخميس 14 مايو الماضي قد وافقت على استمرار الشركة من خلال إطفاء جزء من الخسائر المتراكمة بناء على (التنازل غير المشروط) المقدم من المساهم الرئيسي شركة طايا القابضة عن الأرصدة الدائنة لدى شركة ميار القابضة كما في 11 مارس الماضي بمبلغ 16.8 مليون ريال.
